By accessing and using Tattri ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Tattri is a platform that connects tattoo artists with clients seeking tattoo services. We provide tools for artists to showcase their work, for clients to post job opportunities, and for both parties to communicate and arrange services.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

We offer three types of accounts:

• Client: For individuals seeking tattoo services
• Provider (Artist): For professional tattoo artists
• Admin: For platform administrators

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Tattri, including portfolio images, job descriptions, and communications. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

Platform Content

Our platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Tattri and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Artist Verification

Artists may undergo a verification process to confirm their professional credentials. Verification does not guarantee the quality of work or services provided.

7. Transactions and Payments

While we facilitate connections between artists and clients, all service agreements and payments are made directly between the parties. Tattri may charge platform fees for certain services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Dispute Resolution

While we strive to facilitate positive interactions, we are not responsible for disputes between users. We may provide mediation services but are not obligated to resolve conflicts.

10. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Remain inactive for extended periods

12. Disclaimers

Tattri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The quality of work performed by artists
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• Successful completion of projects
• Uninterrupted platform availability

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

15. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may use the service only with parental consent and supervision.

16. Health and Safety

Users are responsible for ensuring all tattoo work is performed in compliance with local health regulations and safety standards. We are not responsible for health or safety issues arising from tattoo services.

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tattri is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
